Hi all,

My name is Michael, from little old New Zealand and I have been a fan of W40k since fourth edition, but fell out of the hobby somewhat when my children were born.

Well, I now have two kids, and things have calmed down that I have a bit of time to put into the hobby again.

I am a Tyranid player at heart, and with the release of the new codex I figured now was a good time to get back into the game.

So here I am, ready to rumble, creating Tyranid creatures to come and eat your armies!

Welcome, Kiwi! - And good luck, the internet informs me that Tyranids did not fare as well as they could have with their new codex and that they are not for the feint-hearted player, but I still love the look and feel of the army as it sounds like you do. It's good to hear you're getting back into it! I hope you enjoy your games and DEMAND* pics of your forces!

Yeah there has been a bit of internet rage about the new codex, although it seems to have altered somewhat now and people are more accepting of it, but Im not planning on hitting any tournaments, mainly gaming with a group of friends, and possibly getting into the casual club scene in a few months time.

My thing at the moment is getting my army up to scratch, got a bunch of painting to do as I have altered the colour scheme, and most of my current collection is just black primed, so I will throw up some photos as I get through them as "demanded"
