Never take 2 L. Claws. Always mix with a Powerfist for those times you really need it. The extra attack bonus is still in play as both are specialist weapons. Consider replacing the bolter on the bike with a Brand or using Crimson Slaughter as your primary to gain the Daemonheart armor. It grants 2+ and 'It Will Not Die", very handy.

Elites-5Terminators with 3 P.F.,1.C.F.,Reaper Autocannon,Champion has 2 L.Claws

Termies cost too much. Especially inferior CSM ones. Use them at your discretion. The popular belief is you can use them successfully if you keep them cheap. "Termicide" is the term for giving them specialized combi weapons for a particular task and deep strike them into a disruptive position. They will die. But it should serve a good purpose.

Troops-2x10N.Marines with 8 Blasters,Blastmaster,Champion has P.Sword and Doom Siren
Transports-2 Rhinos with Havoc Launchers

Sonic Blasters are rather meh. They arent much better than Boltguns because of how salvo severly limits your mobility. Blastmasters are great. Id use the points to give them an Icon of Excess instead of Blasters. But thats my feeling from a few Noise Marine games.

F.Atack-5Bikes with M.O.S.,I.O.E.,3 Plasma guns

Only 2 bikes get special weapons, so you have too many Plasma Guns.

H.Support-3Obliderators(no upgrades)

Never take naked Oblits. Always, always, must take Nurgle. Oblits are too high priorty for enemies and at base toughness 4 they will be instant killed too often by the enemy. Vets of the Long War also helps that they arent Fearless with a boost to the mediocre LD score. In armies that can, but obviously not your biker lord, sticking a Fearless character in can help. Alot.

-Predator Destructor with Havoc Launcher and Warpflame Gargoyles

Warpflame is worthless. Sadly. Though I have no idea what a "Destructor" is. So no other comment there. I know what a Predator Tank is though but I dont keep up on any rules not in the main book or codex supplements.

Also. A few rules of thumb.

Have 1 unit of Troop for every 500pts to score objectives.

Chaos Lords that are going into close combat always need a Champion buddy to do chump challenges or suicide challenge in their place when needed. The mandatory challenge stuff CSM requires is pretty terrible sometimes, so prepare against it.

You need anti-air. Heldrakes help there plus provide a lot more, even when you give them their powerful Flamer. They carry a bit of stigma for being "broken" but in acuality they are simply the star of the CSM codex. Which is honestly pretty tepid. An aegis defense line can help AA too. Especially if you really like the idea of the stand still and shoot Sonic weapons on Noise marines. The cover save plus a feel no pain save can make a really solid unit while letting the Noise champ shoot with the Quad gun.

I think that the Predator is somewhat redundant, 3 Oblits should be enough HS for you. Give them VotLW to increase their Ld.

It's better not to mix Sonic Blasters with Blastmasters. I run them in separate units, since they usually target different things: Sonic Blasters mow down light infantry, whilst Blastmasters can be used to blow loyalist scum out of cover or snipe a Venomthrope, for instance. If you want to run 10-man units, you might use the points left after getting rid off the Predator to give them Icon of Excess for FnP. Also, you don't really need Power Swords on the Champs, Doom Sirens are enough.

Reaper Autocannon looks cool, but isn't really worth 25 pts. Since it seems that you intend to run the Terminators independently, again, VotLW could boost their Ld so that they not run away the moment someone looks at them funny.

* a predator destructor is a predator with autocannon and heavy bolter sponsons.
*maybe i went too expensive with the the termies.I was thinking of making the Terminators classic good against everything Termicide(3Combi-meltas,2Combi-Flamers) to reduce 55pts(holy mother that is a great trade) or should I remove the termies and get a baledrake instead?
*thanks for reminding me about the specialist weapons on the bikers(I have forgotten about that rule) .I will use those 15 points to give the Champion a Power Weapon instead
*the predator and obliderators make a good combo, in my opinion , because the oblits are a well rounded good against everything kind of unit while the predator destructor is a great horde killer and they are both a high priority target for the enemy
*I will keep the dual lightning claws on the lord because i want him to be a MEQ killer along with the bikes
*I think that the blasters are quite good actually. They are bolters that ignore cover and fire 2 shots if they moved and 3 if they didn´t instead of 1 shot or 2 if within 12 inches , that for only 3 pts each.
*i will keep the Power Sword on the N.Champions just to give him an extra edge during challenges

Anyways, thanks for the advice. As I said, I am just a begginer so I need help to make a great first army.

The powerfist is better to have and not need it than to need and not have. Regardless of mixed weapons every single attack you make will come from only one. So you will use the L. Claw or the P. Fist as you choose. There is no benefit other than a slight point saving in taking duo claw. Its a terrible opportunity cost however.

Blasters have been covered deeply and math-hammered into showing they are at best iffy at "only" 3pts per model, which adds up fast.

The viability of most choices depends greatly on just how competitive an army do you want to create. In general, CSM aren't particularly strong, so taking at least semi-optimal units and upgrades is advised. You obviously don't have to, though.

I think I wil keep the army in this form and see how well it performs and depending on how well it plays I will change it or not.It does have its flaws but hey , what army doesn´t?
I will inform you as soon as i make any sort of changes to it.
Anyways, thanks for your support and suggestions.Happy wargaming!
