The command squad does not need a banner of fortitude AND apothecary, pick one or the other. The ravenwing company banner and devastation banner are both better choices, so I would go with one of those and keep the apothecary. Probably the devastation banner, as you have a lot of plain jane bikers. Give 1 model a ravenwing grenade launcher, and drop the champion. The corvus hammer is far better than the blade of caliban, and although cheap you don't really gain anything from the stat boost.
Sammy is best on his jetbike, not sure which mode your using him in but I would go with jetbike.
Ravenwing squads should generally not mix weapons, double down on something. I prefer melta, cause for the cost of the plasma gunner you could get a black knight. Black knights cover your plasma and assault needs, while bikers can deal with heavy AT using meltas. I strongly suggest an attack bike for each squad with a multi melta. These can be very deadly when outflanked. Thunder hammers are probably overkill on the sarges, I would stick to a basic power weapon if I took anything at all.
The nephilim is pretty garbage for a flyer, as it only has a TL lascannon for AA. The main flier that will give you trouble is the helldrake, and 1 TL las shot is not very helpful there. I would drop it and use your mobility to ignore fliers.
The land speeder vengeance is one of the worst units in the codex. The gun is nice, but on an AV10 skimmer with 2 hull points, it can easily glance itself to death. After your opponent gets shot by it, it will be shot down quickly and easily. For less points, you could get vindicators to do the same job, but better. All of the other landspeeders are great, though. I would suggest a couple typhoons if you want more long ranged shooting, dual bolter for cheap dakka, melta/flamer for close range, bolter/assault cannon...all cheaper and more useful than the vengeance. You can also take them with your bike squads to free up fast slots. Also, consider a darkshroud; it is very RW themed, and fairly cheap for what you get. The stealth bubble is great when combined with jink, and you can use it to draw fire/block LOS&assaults.
Even if you are not spamming them, it is advised to take a squad of black knights at 2k for ravenwing. Take at least six with 2 grenade launchers.
