I'm branching out to the more experienced chaos players here. Just like the subject states. What would be a good take all corners crimson slaughter army with a fluffy feel to it?

Depends on what your opponents are limited to, and what you are willing to bring. Here is a tough list for 500 points:

1 x Lord, with MoN, LC and PF, Bike, SoC, Horns and Melta Bombs (200 points)

5 x Spawn MoN (180 points)

12 cultists - 58

13 cultists - 62

Total - 500


This would be a very tough list at 500. You would run the Lord with the spawn, and let the spawn shew up all the wounds. If you wanted, you could take a Khorne Lord on a Steed.

Thanks for the idea. What about anti-air? I know that it's unlikely to see any AA in such short point games but is there anything that can work? Maybe switch the spawn with havok?

If you are worried about air, then you can't take the spawn, and then the lord becomes pointless (he needs a meat shield to get into combat). At 500 points, I would tell my opponent I am not going to play if they want to use air. A lot of armies, like Chaos, have a hard time dealing with air at low point games.
