Just checking on this one.
Models cannot Go To Ground if they are Fearless.
Daemons are not Fearless, their Daemonic Instability rule just makes them immune to the same things that Fearless would make them immune to.
Q.E.D. Daemons can Go To Ground.
Correct?

That is correct

Worth noting that this also applies to the Princes and Greater Daemons, which is nice. Nobody expects the Great Unclean One to G2G for a 2+ cover save.
Also means Daemons are immune to the 'Terrify' psychic power.

Vanished Completely

I like it, it is quite narrative.

Deamons are not afraid of death on the same level as mortal creatures but they still don't ignore it completely like the truly insane, death is an inconvenience best avoided. This makes them less prone to 'fearing for their life' in critical situations but they can still respect when it is a good idea to get their heads down and wait out the hail of gun fire coming their way. Even the Terrify works quite well with this concept as well. The most insane person has some sort of insecurity berried under the layers of insanity that a good telepath could pull out of their mind and show them. However Deamons, not being mortal creatures, operate on such a strange level of 'know thyself' that they wouldn't be susceptible to such manipulations.

Though having your house built within the terror known as The Warp helps too....

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.
