Hi, I'm from the mid north coast of Australia looking for a gaming group to join OR to start one if need be

I'm located in Forster, about 30-40 minute drive south of Taree and about an ho hour and a half to two hour drive north from Newcastle.

If anyone lives in or around the area thats interested in getting together for some games let me know.

My game of choice at the moment is Magic the Gathering, which if i can get enough players together to justify it the local manager of EB Games said he'd be willing to keep the store open longer to host games nights. Further more if there are the numbers for it I can probably arrange to use an area of the Forster RSL to host games as my place is waaay too small to have even a small number players in it, and i'm not too confident about the size of my garage for hosting games either.

I currently dont play Warhammer 40k anymore, though i still have my armies (chaos sm, tau, tyranid, space marines) though I might be open to starting up again if i can get a group going. I'm more interested in playing X-Wing as far as tabletop gaming goes. In general i'm looking for a, well a General Gaming group that will be open to playing different kinds of games, such as Magic the Gathering, other TCGs, pen and paper gamers even if theres interest enough.

As far as Warhammer 40k goes, as I said I am open to playing again, but my funds are limited so what I have is all i have for the foreseeable future, as much as i would love to be able to go out and buy all the awesome models that are now available. I am very willing to get into X-Wing though as its reasonably affordable compared to 40k, and relatively quick to get set up with, and it looks fun >,,>

So please if theres anyone in and around the surrounding areas that are interested, let me know. I'm dying to get a social club going and have some fun and it would be good to see what kind of numbers i'm looking at
