You have alot of heavy weapons; nothing wrong with that, but they are fragile. I would recommend gearing up on Regimental Standard to give a re-roll on the unavoidable morale tests you're going to have to do.

Your PCs and IS; what are they reason to be? A screen for the heavy weapons? objective holder? As they are 'naked' their usefulness on the field is rather weaken; perhaps invest in some heavy/special weapons. Myself, I use a vox system to get those orders through, it's an investment, but with the new orders, you really want to them to pass.

Your CCS brings some BS4 firepower true, but with only 2 special weapon in one squad and a lascannon in the other, you have 2 Veterans that are only there as wounds; it could work, but I would either get a special weapon or some wargear (standard, vox medkit as well, way cheaper than what it used to be)
