40k as a baseline. They have a variety of ruined buildings with Gothic styled details. Moving on to the recently released defense lines and emplacements, many of them have dead Cadians and Cadian equipment strewn about, tying them pretty thoroughly to the Cadians. Forge World also has a few building ruins kits still.
Keeping with the Gothic architecture and moving to alternative sources, Pegasus Hobbies has a variety of Gothic building kits and a rather nice tech looking bridge that are very modular which can be assembled in a variety of ways and reconfigured between sessions provided you do not glue the sections together.
I've just discovered the Pegasus Hobbies building kits and I'm planning to pick some up for my table. I have a fair amount of
GW ruined buildings that I've yet to paint, but they are very nice and detailed.
Gale Force Nine makes buildings too, and they make some very nice terrain elements that aren't buildings, like large rocks, swamps, and river and lakes.
