Guarded Grey Knight Terminator

Hello,
I am still fairly new to the game. And in the process of building up my grey knight/inquisition force, i came across a blurb on a website about an army called the Red Hunters. As i read more about this army and the fluff with them an the inquisition, I think it would be a fun army detachment to bring as allies to my grey knights force for fluff and their Mnemonic Redaction Protocols.
However, the problem I run into is this.
- I still know very little about this game and where to find things. So the two main questions are...

1. What codex are they in? Do they have their own special codex? If not then where do I find their special rules?
and
2. Are they just space marine models painted red?

Thanks for any help =)

They have forgeworld chapter tactics freely available online in conjunction with c:sm. Their paint scheme is red with yellow trim and lots of inquisition symbols

so do i just add this:

To a space marine codex?

Pretty much. All discussion about FW being allowed in most games aside I would recommend ensuring your opponents are ok with you using this, but since it is just an alternate chapter tactics I see no reason not to allow you it.

Also make sure you either print off that sheet or have something you can show it to your opponent on, it's bad form to have a small extra file and not have it handy, dataslates are the same.

Which brings me to my next question. Are FW products technically legal in competitive play? My goal is to one day play in some tournaments.

FW in tournaments is up to the TOs. Some say yes, some say no. If you need something to fall back on if you can't use it the Ultramarines CT should fit pretty well.
