Pedro and stern guard alpha strike the enemy lines supported by the gun line of tac squads and Dev teams. Them the air support hits and the Libby and assault termis come in to help wreck face. I know hell drakes will rape me but with small squads should minimize my losses... What do you think?

I would pump the Sternguard to 10 and slap them in a Rhino. They need to be able to move around the table fast since they can provide great firepower and support. The second that Pod comes down they will be a primary target and you don't want to give up those points also with Pedro they count as scoring units so mobility is key. Other then that seems like a fun list.
