Hi, so if I was taking Cypher with a SM primary detachment could I have DA allies? Just wondering if we'd ever figured out the proper use of "army" in the rules.

No. For once, GW I think, was actually clear on the difference between detachment and army.
|
Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Ah I see what you mean now Happy. I still don't think they know their arse from their elbow when it comes to army and detachment but this one is crystal.
