They would be desperate allies, I imagine, from the fluff. No idea actual rules wise.

(The only fluff I know on this is from Dawn of War: Retribution, however)

Is it posted anywhere else? some players do not have an ipad or other means to read\buy the dex

Woh buddy not even directed at you.

I cant say anything about the ipad. but it is on 95 on the Epub when reading in small text on adobe digital reader.
