I'm thinking I might drop 1 DAVU unit for 3 jetbikes and another warrior venom. That would bring me down to 1818 and have a little wiggle room. Thoughts?

This is a great list! Looks like a ton of fun to both play... and play against. I hope you do well, but I think it will really have some trouble against balanced Tau and all the death star builds running around! I like the 2 Wave Serpents / 2 Venom build. If you want to add another Venom maybe consider dropping a Ravager for Wyches with Haywires. If you exchange Holos for GW Matrix on the Serpents you should be square. Cheers!
