Just a quick question. I don't have my book handy and won't for a few days but can FMCs "run" or make any kind of movement in the shooting phase while they're flying?

Thank you... so they could potentially move 36" in a turn?

Potentially, but they wouldn't be able to do much else.

I was thinking in the case off emergency synapse or bad placement of a tyrant because I didn't see some models hiding in a building like my last game :(

I hate to be rude, but, do remember this forum isn't for replacing a rulebook. Because the question is simple, I doubt anyone is going to mind much.
I will add on to the conversation . The FMC is still limited to flying in a straight line. That emergency synapse may fly off in an unwanted direction.
Depending on if you had units embarked in the building, they're considered fearless and don't need to IB test(as per the rule itself not because they're fearless). If they were just sitting in ruins, then I feel your pain.

Incorrect. The only exceptions to testing for IB are: engaged in combat, falling back, have gone to ground or arrived from reserve this turn.
You still test for IB in a building.

You are correct, the old FAQ gave that immunity. Well so much for embarking in a building idea.
