With an annual regional tournament (NorCon, a Northern California event) approaching in mid-July, community preparations have begun around here to provide cool bits and bobs for the tourney and accompanying Apocalypse game. While my contribution was slated to simply be making a "No-Man's Land" table, I walked by this baby at a local hobby shop and at $50 I couldn't resist...

How's that for Imperial firepower?

The barrel of the model alone is somewhere around 2.6 feet long, to give you an idea.
Anyways, there's always some gimmick to our Apocalypse games i.e. last year one of the tables was an Ork ship which players teleported and/or flew onto and attempted to seize control of the bridge so that on turn 4 they could plow it into any section of the game they wanted to and cause a giant explosion.
This year, I'm going to suggest this big-

cannon as a gimmick.
IG will probably be defending the crap out of it, but anyone who can grab its control can fire it, either once per turn or once on 4th turn since it takes so long to prepare.
I've never played Apocalypse with anything more than standard
40k equipment as I tend to represent the Navy with fliers everywhere. Thus, I'm not terribly familiar with the big guns that are out there. So, what do you lot think? Care to help homebrew some rules for a nuke cannon?
