I think it lacks a little focus. I don't think thew guard section adds much to this apart from numbers so I would drop it altogether.
Those immolaters are massive targets, I suggest you up the battle sisters to ten women and put them in rhinos. I would also add one or two exorcists. Also get razorbacks with heavy bolters with psybolt ammo for the two acolyte units. That gives you a solid and more survivable firebase.
Finally the inquisitor in power armour looks like he's only there for the servo skulls, you might want to give him a conversion beamer to go in with the plasma cannons.
If you have many points left after this then invest in more battle sisters.
LotD and
Inq have their own codex, and it doesn't use ally slot. So it is legal I think.
I thought immolater as a suicide attacker, so I didn't mind that, but I will consider to use the more vehicle. Thank you.
Well, the inquisitor is my warlord(
inq can be warlord though they are not the main army), so I will not give up the power amour.

I think the two groups of three acolytes with bolters are going to do very little other than giving your opponent first blood. I'd stick them in a vehicle or drop them entirely.
Also, I think getting another
AA choice of a flyer of your own would help. If you face a flyer-heavy list, the quad gun isn't going to cut it. That is, unless the autocannons in your
HWS have skyfire too, I'm unfamiliar with guard rules.
For the rest, could you elaborate a bit on what your strategy will be? For example, where will all independent characters go?
Well, my warlord is not Celestine. It's xenox inquisiter.
I put 3 acolyte to hold the isolated objective by minimum points, and I'll put them on reserve.
I thought to use dominion as a suicide team to pop up the high-value unit, with the support of Auto cannons. And If they miss,
LotD team will fall down.
Battle sisters will march to hold the front objective with the fearless conscript by priest. Psykers will give the divination support from the behind of Defense line, but if they got Forewarning or misfortune, they may march with conscript too.
Also, I will use Go to ground a lot and join the priest on the next turn to make them fire nomarlly, but this is only theory and I don't confidence it will really work.
