Hello everyone

For a short time now I've been getting into Warhammer 40K, my army of choice Dark Eldar and I'm sticking to my guns despite the emo-homosexual connotations people seem to throw out there at this. Anyways. As I was looking for more techniques in painting, more strats in playing and more lists to know what my next buy should be (been going with 'hey that looks cool' so far) I found myself coming to these forums a lot. So I thought why not sign up.

So this is me.

Signing on.

You might see me pop up in other threads... so that should be fun.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Welcome to Dakka!

Personally, I like the look DE have and their background because it's an aspect of the universe few people like to touch upon, so it feels new and refreshing when you start. If I had more money to build another army, it would definitely be Dark Eldar.
In terms of what to buy, I can't offer much advice outside of your basic Kabalite Warriors and Raider transports. DE pack a painful punch, but suffer from brittle bone disease when it comes to receiving attacks. So you need to be on the move constantly and using as much cover as possible, so transports are a must.
They are a strike first, and strike hard kind of army.
I hope this helps!
Cheers!
