You have added a LOT of powerful special rules and increased stat-lines and most units aren't even any more expensive. I mean Incubi...WOW. 3 Attacks each? 2+ Save? Every singel model gets a demi-klaive??? For 0 extra points! No, no, no, no, no.

Bullet Wych should at best be a 6+ save, 5+ for Blood Brides and 4+ for Succubi, with all saves improved by 1 while in combat.

Mandrakes = 2 wounds for 15pts? Talos only T 5? Venom's only 40pts? What ever the heck that dark light storm is (honestly i like it, but it's complicated and will rarely happen, I'd prefer it to be a 1 time use thing for the Dias of Destruction) . Succubi get s FREE Storm shield? Why are Hellions, common street rabble, more skilled i combat then Wyches.

I like some of the Warlord Trait's, some i don't. Soulblaze isn't very DE-y due to DE hating Psykers, Armoury Raid is weird as no other Warlord Trait gives out free things and the Night Fighting rule should be it's night fighting first turn and on a 4+ it stays that way for another turn.

I like the new army wide special rules and the new wargear, it's the little stat changes for no extra point cost that makes it OP. You need to look at each and every change and think is it necessary, does it fit with the fluff, and what is it worth. For example Incubi shouldn't have a 2+ save because aspect warriors don't, no arguments. Vect shouldn't be T4 because he doesn't have a scar on his body, meaning he hasn't been augmented by the Haemonculi. Just look over if the extra stats are needed and if so, how much they are worth.
