Needs 2 more sets of veterans. 2k+ points allows you to have a second primary detachment, which includes the mandatory 1 HQ/2 Troops as the first.

True can't believe I forgot something so simple

At 5k points I wouldn't mind fighting this with my Deldar, or hell even UM alpha strike.

I would mix it up and add some of the other Leman Russ variants. Take some Vanquishers for additional tank killing. Take Exterminators to assist vs Flyers, well you can at least use the exterminator cannons to try to shoot down Flyers. And take some Executioners to assist vs 2+ save units.

It would be cool to see all those Leman Russ on the board.

I think you spelled "Utterly Terrifying" wrong. Even at 5K, you'd need a lot of AT. Doable, but hard.

Since you don't plan on making this/buying it i'm not going to bother making suggestions to prevent getting alpha struck or other undesirable things.

But if you do, count me in.

To avoid alpha strike, cover your butt with aegis defence line or deploy in four leaf clover position, done.

Take the Aegis+ Bastion Formation from Stronghold Assault so you can have 1-3 Aegis to cover front and rear. And a Bastion to hide some veterans in. (Not sure if it would last long at 5k though! Maybe your opponent will have something more important to shoot at.

Tactically as well with so few troops most people would blow them off the board and then g2g behind their own aegis(s) to weather the storm. Need the Nova Cannon ones to stop this.

LOL, I have a cool visual of illic nightspear DS right between the unit of tanks in the four leaf clover, obviously he won't do diddly squat but it would be funny for the WTF factor.

Also all the aegis lines may be a waste, if they have a farsight bomb all those fusion guns ignore cover (and have split fire).
