Are dreadnoughts closer to deff dreads or killa Kans?And what size bases are Kans and deff dreads on?

All on 60mm bases I think.

Would place the imperial dread about inbetween the two ork ones in size. But its kind of squat and bulky in stance compared too.

I've had luck converting the dreadnaughts into deff dreads because they're roughly the same size. The kans are about the size of a bottle of citadel paint.

The main body of a SM dread is about the same size of a deff dread main body, both in height and width. Compared to a kan it's much wider, but the same height. Most people use SM dreadnoughts as deff dreads, so it'd probably work good as that.
