Try a spreadsheet Program like Microsoft's Excel Or Libra Office's Calc they would be the best Options if Your Just wanting make an Inventory of your mini's.

When I did my armies, I just did it all in BattleScribe. It's VERY easy and user-friendly, you can make printable sheets, including gear and everything, etc. Just keep hitting + for the high model counts and watch the points tally fly up, baby!
