I understand you want to go with tac marines, sadly, you're using the wrong army to do so (others do tac marines so much better).
that being said, we can work around this.
asmodai- fluffy but doesn't offer much, imho, DA librarians are a much more solid choice.

tac squads, easy choice, i hope you're planning on combat squadding them, the combination of heavy backfield support weapon and a close up in your face melta weapon are conflicting places, but a unified role., i would find some way to get them transports, if i could

your elites are an interesting choice, they're all about the close range fight, but once again, you'll have to footslog them.

now, you are playing dark angels, the emperor's first legion! they do elite armies the best (once again, in my opinion)

now, a 750 point green marine list that has some dark angels flavor

Librarian- cheap as chips, outfit w/ force axe and warlord traits, take divination for your psychic power.
company command squad- all bolters and standard of devastation

troops 2x tac squads sarge w/ combi flamer unit w/ meltagun and fully kitted out missile launchers (flakk), take them with a razorback that has a twin linked assault cannon on top.

general strategy is this, deploy forward with melta/ combi flamer squads in the razorbacks flanking your formation, the missile launcher squads are sitting in back offering fire support, librarian and the banner bearing command squad sit centrally located to all of this, weather enemy fire and respond with devastating firepower (salvo 2/4 bolters are sweet!)

alternate idea
HQ: 2x librarians on bikes each accompanied by a squad of ravenwing command squads take the telepathy psychic discipline any power will work, but your goal is invisibility (2+ cover saves,ERMAGERD) take primaris really only if mental fortitude is rolled.
TRP: 2x 5 man tac squads w/ missile launcher
2x 5 man scout squads w/ missile launchers and camo cloaks

4 scoring units, 2 can infiltrate onto objective, two can scout/ outflank (I wouldn't recommend outflanking) and 2 sit on back objectives, kitted out with weapons that can do anti armor and anti infantry
your opponent will focus on the bikers, be sure of that! they'll be rolling around smacking people with twin linked plasma and the telepathy abilities.

Dark angels 70/100 of deathwing, 50/100 ravenwing, 80-100 3rd company
IG +6k pts
and a sampling of different armies
warmachine, 40-50 points of:
protectorate, legion, and convergence armies

Gealgain's suggestions are quite different to your original list, how flexible are you on the composition or is this basically what you have already assembled?

You're going to have trouble reaching your opponent's back-field objective-holders, having only 2 Lascannons at >24", and I'm not convinced by Veteran Sergeant upgrades or Asmodai, so my suggestion is to downgrade Asmodai to an Interrogator Chaplain (you lose Fear, automatic The Hunt, and the Blades of Reason) and one (or both) of the Vet Sarge upgrades in order to afford a Rhino or Drop Pod.

{Edit} Hadn't noticed the Venerable upgrade, you could also drop that and the second Vet Sarge upgrade for a second Rhino / Pod. {/Edit}

Many of your units (particularly the Melta/Flamer dreadnought) would make good use of a drop pod IMHO.

Otherwise you could shuffle your troops choices around to 2x5 with Lascannon and 1x10 with Melta and Sarge /w Combi-Melta, put the 10man in the Rhino or Drop Pod and Combat Squad them (both halves can be embarked at the same time).

All your troops are walking, that's a big no no. Get mobile, get some rhinos and drop pods.
Asmodai isn't a good idea right now, save him for 1000pts lists. Take a libby or a regular chaplain. Much more useful

Lose the venerable status off the dread and veteran sgt upgrades too their useless.

Stick the vets, chaplain in a drop pod
Stick dready in a drop pod
Combat squad your marines and put them in rhinos/pods

There's a much nicer list. I like dat list

DA army: 3500pts,
admech army: 600pts
ravenguard: 565 pts
