Take a look at the "mono" khorne list I built for changerofways over in his army list building thread. Same points level but more competitive choices. If you like what you have, you like what you have but sinking over a 1000 pts into mediocre choices (letters and crushers) isn't a very solid competitive plan.

Also your grinder is kind of silly with warp gaze and sword. Either give him sword and torrent and charge him forward or leave off the sword and give him Gaze or bombardment so he can hide and shoot.
