The general plan is for the Infantry Blobs and CCS to hold the deployment zone while the Conscripts, PCSs and Vets act as mobile objective takers. The Vendetta focuses on enemy fliers and carries a PCS inside. The Russes provide support as necessary.

Eradicators have multimeltas so they can target armor if no troops present themselves, though they can be changed for heavy bolters to make them purely infantry focused. Conscripts have a Priest currently for hatred and war hymns, but can be swapped for a Commissar to make orders more reliable.

I really like the list.

I would keep priests for the conscripts. This way you can use the conscripts to tie up enemy Death Stars. A 50man fearless unit will be really hard to boot off the table.

Only suggestion would be that without a defense line your infantry will get chewed up a lot more easily.

I would give the veterans grenadier for that +4 armor save. I agree with the conscripts but you can only have a squad max at 30 so that would have to be two different squads and if so why not just max out both? The lascannons are nice but I would add the points to bring in Heavy weapons teams and give the Infantry a grenade launcher so the lascannons aren't making snap shots whenever they move. I would also change the eradicators into battle tanks, exterminators, or executioners because I believe they only have a 36' range and the others also get more shots with better damage ( My opinion). I also am pretty sure it only takes one priest to make an entire squad fearless so I would subtract one of those.
Please correct me in any parts that I am wrong

Drop both eradicators. Pick up two wyverns and a blank LRBT. The wyverns are fantasic tsnks with 48" range. The aLRBT is just a battle tank but it will provide the boom.

Chimeras > rhinos (course then again piling a regular squad out of a chimera usually creates a scene similar to Omaha beach during D-Day)
