I'm trying to paint my army's armor white, but have run into some difficulty. I want to make the white have some depth, but the end result tends to make it seem really light blue. I've tried finding a video online that can help, but no luck. The result tends to either look similar, or have no depth at all. Can someone please help?

The paints I'm using are:
Base- Celestra Grey
Layer- Ulthuan Grey
Layer- White Scar.

The cool video looks a little to blue for my liking but maybe using less blue and more white in the mixes will solve that.

Do you think these would be the correct colors to paint warm white with Citadel paints?

Base- Zandri Dust
Layer- Ungor Flesh
Layer- White Scar

Warm whites are shaded with beige and brown, not blue or grey.

I think that your starting colors were fine. I love Celestra Grey as a replacement for white. But what you seem to be missing is shadow colors.

If I were doing it I would probably just add a small touch of black and then airbrush in the shadows. I believe that's what I did here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/dullspork/11844764696/ - but I also added some weathering in the form of burnt umber I think so that's going to take away from the blue of the celestra grey.
