Doing my guard, err astra, list. Have pask in lr vanquisher. Should I do relic armor (admantium will), if so what is it or what does it do (if you can vaguely explain without breaking dakka rules).

I will actually answer your question.

When a enemy unit casts a psychic power , witchfire or a malediction you get a deny the witch roll. Normally you would have to roll a 6 on 6 sided die.

Adamantium will increases this by one so you'd need to roll a 5.

So it basically increases your odds to like 33% something like that 2/6 chance to deny a psychic power such as Puppet Master being cast on the vehicle.

It's dirt cheap and worth the upgrade take it.
