I realise that this may be seen as a bad or beardy question but im heading to a tourney soon so im going to ask anyway.

Its regarding the Homing Key Word in the Tau Twin Linked SMS. The rules state that it does not require a line of sight to its target, therefore does that allow me to target a vehicles rear armour irrespective of the arc being fired from. The question came up in conversation and im looking for a yea or nae.

Im fairly sure it doesn't specifically let you ignore facing.

Fairly sure is not catagorical ! lol. I realise that it is probably a long shot but I wonder if it may depend on if its RAW or not ?

You declare a target, not a facing.
Your facing is determined by the position of the models.
Homing doesn't let you pick a facing.
