Just for your own information it is easier to give feedback when miniatures have a white background to that the eye is not distracted by what is happening around the figure. That being said;
- The face is a great focal point
- Perhaps another layer of highlighting on the cloth, faces on the armour, etc. to help them pop as they look a little flat in the image
- The sword could use a little finishing. The black with no highlights makes it look unfinished
- A completed base always helps any miniature

I'm a huge fan of the model itself and the paint jobs good, as mentioned another layer of highlights and maybe a warpy green in his tanks to break up the amount of red on the model? Or even just the center vial a second colour. Otherwise great stuff!!!

Thirding the opinion of needs more highlights. Overall it looks pretty awesome but could use some more details, the black parts of the armor are too plain IMO, so it looks like it's gearing up to be awesome but not quite finished yet. And of course basing is always good.

Nice. But I go by the adage: faces and bases. Needs more tonal range on the face, a grey or beige maybe to give depth, or even a blue or purple for tzeentch. And i'd give it a super ott base cos badass characters deserve them. Good effort so far though.
