Looks really good. You could drop the brain mines to give the justicars halberds, but both are good in different ways.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

I can test it both ways and see what i like but honestly i kind of like the idea of the justicars having halberds.

From the looks of it, it looks pretty good. The list looks similar to mine actually except using Mordrak and a regular Ordo Malleus Inquisitor.

The biggest problems I can foresee is getting your GKSS and DK into proper effect range. I tried the running of Rhino but it mostly got blown up before I could get the GKSS anywhere near where they would be effective. So I just eliminated the Rhinos all together and used Deep Strike. The results have been better but that is my experience. I would take the same caution with the DK. Without a personal teleporter which not only allows the shunt but for it to move 12" for normal movement. Makes them a lot more effective before they have a chance to focus fire him. People love to focus fire a DK, especially a lone DK.

Agree about getting a teleporter for the knight. Between that and the interceptors, you have 2 units that can shunt and scorch.

Not sure about the henchman loadouts. Space orangutangs are good in pairs, but a solo is fine. Acolytes with special weapons need a transport, and generally you want a couple of specials. For your footsloggers, just take boltguns, as they are dirt cheap and your Jokero(s) will make the squad stronger overall.

This list is still very much up in there air and i have no problems altering it. I forgot to mention in my original post that this tournament is a modified force org, 1-2 hq 2+ troop 0-2 elite 0-2 fast 0-2 heavy. Hqs have a point cap of 200 total and all other units are capped at 300. I added in the henchmen because everyone told me that for the Grey Knights to be competitive i need to utilize henchmen. I have a pretty big army to choose from but listing everything might be a bit much.

Optimal setup for a Stormraven always has the AssCan and the MultiMelt. This allows you to fire both at a light vehicle, or tackle a heavy vehicle with the melta and PotMS some infantry.
Also note that the Stormraven only has one lascannon and one multimelta, though they are twin-linked.

Also drop Coteaz's codex psychic abilities for Divination. Specifically always take Prescience and stick him on the gun in the ADL attached to the same unit as the jokaero. It will make it so they don't miss. With Coteaz at Psyker level 2, roll twice on the Divination table and drop whichever power you don't like to get Prescience. This allows for two chances to get the ignores cover Divination psyker power.
