I've ordered epic haley, alexia and the risen, and rhupert and hopefully they'll be there when I get home. I wanted to get to 50 points and I think I think this list will work well. While I'm thinking about it, is ehaley difficult to assemble? I had a little trouble with ecaine but got him together rather quickly.


Used the calculator on the computer for that, I hope it actually comes out to fifty.

The plan is to have Alexia and the risen defend stormblades as they advance (Alexia will be protected a bit too) Rhupert will move up giving tough to alexia and the risen or pathfinder if needed. He'll switch to giving stormblades tough on turns where the risen are mostly gone.The ATGM+UA kill any stealthed units the enemy might have or just try to snipe. Ashley hunts solos or warbeasts, gorman either protects haley from shooting if there is much or he stays with b13 and gives stealth as they hunt solos or small units like Aiyana and Holt. My Aiyana and Holt will debuff key enemy models like 'jacks and beasts for rowdy. The lancer will sit in the middle of the board and let haley time bomb stuff. Turn three or four haley will feat and my army will try to destroy enemy models or clear the way to the warcaster for rowdy other stuff. Hopefully by feat turn all the surviving enemies will be in control range and won't be able to do much.

It's a good list. You should dump Ariana& holt for ragman and upgrading to thorn.

I'll drop them from the list and pick up ragman and thorn in a while. Ragman would work rather well with the risen as well as the stormblades. Thanks for the suggestion!

Some things I think I would change

Drop Ol' Rowdy and take a Stormcald. Though Ol' Rowdy is a good Jack, you are missing out the ability to use eHaley's Bond. Which just gives the Clad a better threat range over Ol' Rowdy, 8.5" compared to the Bonded Clad's 12"

If you are taking a Lancer then take Thorn. It just makes perfect sense, the problem with the Lancer they can just run to engage and shut it down, can't do that with Thorn. If they did engage him you could just Arc Node Telekinesis him out of combat then Reaction drive him somewhere else. Can't do that with a normal lancer.

I don't understand whey you need Alexia to protect the Stormblades. With Deceleration they are DEF 14, ARM 17. Through in Dirge for Rhupert DEF 15, Add Arcane Shield from Jnr they are ARM20 from shooting.

Stormblades. Add the UA. Assaultt, caster with access to Deadeye, throw in eHaley's feat and stuff dies and means they should get two Alpha's off. Or you drop them for StormLances who have a better threat.

No Jnr, would add him in for the Arcane Shield.

Arlan is another I would add the ability to give something like the Clad immume to free strikes just opens up assassination runs.

Well, bonded clad's 14 if you use Telekinesis. And 16 if you get Temporal Acceleration out from memory (I think that spell has a +2" movement, but I cannot for the life of me remember...and I cast it 6 days ago!). So that's a full focus load from Haley+Squire (4 to clad, 3 for TA, 2 for telekinesis), but it's brutal. Initial sword, Temporal Acceleration sword, then 4 more sword attacks. That's a hell of a lot of damage, and 6 electroleaps to boot.

Yep with those two cast it becomes 16" and yep it's brutal :-)

I'm definitely interested in getting a stormclad instead of rowdy, and I know I should own the journeyman but I've yet to buy him, not sure why. The one problem I have with buying a stormclad now is that from what I've heard the stormclad is gonna be put in a plastic kit with the reliant soon and I'd rather wait and get that kit for magnetizing. Is it worth waiting for or will I ever even field a reliant?

Personally I would just get a Stormclad as you are likely to use a him in more lists than the Reliant
