I'm just curious as to what the "standard" point limit is at your local gaming group?

Where I'm playing it seems to vary between 1500-2000, all depending on who you're playing against. I ask because I'm trying to create an army that I can play within that range, at 1500, 1750 and 2000. Trying to keep things flexible but still field generally the same army.

Anywhere from 500 up to 2000, depending on who's there and what they bring.

Another club I played at played 1000 all the time, no list changing between games.

My most common points limit is 2000.

If you don't bring 5000 points of painted army, you get laughed out of the cell block.

2000 points is standard, though we occasionally bounce back to 1850 or up to 2500 for a special mission. When we do do 2000 points, we don't allow playing double-FOC.

My FLGS is pretty much whatever you want as long as the points are even. I watched a 3500 point game between Eldar and AM once. Nobody should be allowed to shoot that damned much in a turn at one thing lol!

For my real group, 1500-1850 for most games.
