Looks good. I would take night shields over flickerfields on the ravagers unless your meta is straight tau/eldar.

You could always take a hamey with a liquifier over the con, spending the spare points on night shields for the trueborn, but the con is not a bad choice.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Well the Meta is mainly Tau, Eldar SM and Guard so not sure which would be better.

Did consider the Hamey but i do love the Archon model.

I take it the rest of the list is suitably naughty?

The archon offers a BS7 blaster and BS7 plasma grenade, but will die to a stiff breeze. The hamey is harder to kill with T4 and FNP, while providing FNP for the trueborn, but you get the liquifier over the blaster. Not to say liquifier guns are bad(they are amazing) just different. Blaster is good for AT, TEQ and instagibbing. Liquifier for hordes and tougher warlord, so choose accordingly.

The rest of the list is plenty evil. You could drop down to 3 trueborn with blasters if you wanted to dump more points into your HQ choice, but it is up to you.

Night shields on ravagers and a retrofire jet on blasterborn venom for deepnstrike. then i would replace your venom kabalites with 2 raiders with 10 each and a dark lance. i find the venoms are chewed up too easily and you need to get them close to use those blasters. with the raiders you can disembark the squad by an objective with cover and fire out 2 dl shots with your raider just keeping distance as well. if anyone moves in on one of those squads the 9 rifle shots will be just as effective as your venoms. i feel this change just makes your units more survivable and focuses on keeping objectives and forces your opponant to show his hand.

Night shields are very effective but I would never personally take a Raider or ravager without flickerfields. If you play the short board there is pretty much nowhere to hide and ignores cover weapons will destroy you easily.
