Ok so with the rumor of 7th edition about to drop and overwhelming complaints about the meta of 6th edition I wanted to compile a list of all the codex's thqt have won a GT in 6th. I have a theory that most books are capable of winning if navigated by a skilled general and get a bit lucky to avoid hard counters. I follow the tournament scene and know some of the results but there are a lot of GTs that have happend since 6th dropped, can people contribute what codex won any particular 6th edition GT.

I know from first hand knowledgethe following codex's have won a GT in 6th: eldar, space marines, dark angles, chaos daemons, and imperial guard.

I suspect Tau and neurons have won as well any others?

Some variation of all of them except Blood Angels and Sisters of Battle if I remember right. Since elements of every other army have been in armies that won events.

Note, this doesn't include: Codex: Imperial Knights, Legion of the Damned, or Militarus Tempestus.
