So, a friend wants to sell me 30 old 2nd ed guardsmen for £10. An absolute bargain, but I'm not sure if I can make them look like they fit with my vostroyans, any ideas?

What regiment are they from? If they're Valhallans, I would definitely say they'd easily fit in without conversion. Perhaps do some custom head swaps and green stuff some fur trims if they're not Valhallans?

They're the old cadians. I was thinking about just givine them the fur caps, but the sleeveless guys wouldn't look right, in fact I don't think any of them would. If worse comes to worst I can just paint them and flip em for a nice profit.

Perhaps you can just add some hoods to the ones with long sleeves? That could give you a parka/M65 jacket look. Although, selling them in batches on eBay will get you some easy money.

I like the hood idea...AH! I could add bits to make them look like manufactorium workers, they'd make decent conscripts then
