I've had two ideas: one with his tier list and one using the pact list.

Tier 1 list:
Bloody barnabas(6*)
Bull Snapper (3)
Ironback Spitter (8)
Gatorman Posse, min unit (6)

The idea here is to have the doctors get as safely as possible to the enemy, make something undead and abuse it! Twice.

I'd like some ideas and critiques to improve my lists, so please don't be shy!

With the first list, aren't you paying 3 extra points for the same number of gators as if you took 3 max sized units?

Indeed, but I think its to take advantage of the fact Barny can take more than 3 Posses in his tier list and to also squeeze out another Swamp pit from the tier 3 benefit (4 Posses will give 2 swamp pits).
