Does having a spiritseer in your primary detachment make the wraithguard/blades in the ghost warriors formation into troops(scoring) units?

The only requirement is that you have a Spiritseer in your army.
For comparison on detachment vs army (in the Eldar codex), both the Avatar and Warlock Council both refer to detachments, not army.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

So it's a yes? As he is part of the Army and the requirement met, they become Troops?
Do they in turn become scoring then? or do i remember long threads about how only "primary" troops can score?

The argument was not that only primary troops are scoring. The argument is that only a troops that fills a Troop Selection box is Scoring.

Ah yes i do recall now, so that debate is ongoing, but the wraithguard/blades in the ghost warriors formation are still troops. Whether scoring or not
Thanks guys!
