I hoping to have some conscripts for my guard army but 5 boxes of cadian shock troops is going to prove expensive!

Are there any third party models that fit the cadian design but arn't the same or have a lesser look to them?

I have the las guns, now I need the men!

Thanks

That's because you didn't put spaces between the addresses, it's reading the commas as part of the address because there's no spaces.

Yeah Wargames Factory is probably your best pick. I really think the survivors could make for a cool looking unit of Cadians grabbed off the street and sent into war.

Other options might be Necromunda juves or other hive gangers, or Empire Militia with las guns.

I like the first idea, alot. The gangers and the militia can start getting expensive though.

Dreamforge Eisenkern are a lot cheaper but don't look like conscripts. Mantic corporation troopers work well for standard guardsmen and are very cheap.

Thanks I'l check wargames factory out.

I've got mantic troopers and although at face value they are a good fit they are smaller and more slight than GW

The soviet infantry are a great option! Las guns and cadian heads and you've a cadian without his armour.

Heads up, the WGF historical are not a good fit for mixing with IG bits. The WGF minis are much smaller. They are much closer to being actual 1/56 minis than "heroic 28/32mm" GW minis. The height isn't that different but they are very slight compared to the orangutan proportioned Cadians.

I have examples of all the minis suggested, so I can post a scale line up in the morning if that would help.

I'd suggest these http://shop.princeaugust.ie/warzone-mutant-chronicles-wargame/warzone-games-expansion-sets/tg2420-1-warzone-mutant-chronicles-bag-of-80-plastic-soldiers/
They're a little larger than Cadians and the style is a bit different, but they are very cheap.
