The goal isn't to be a super competitive list, but can it still be viable? The idea would be to have a strong enough alpha strike with all three Ironclads coming in on turn, backed up by bikes, and have everything focus on their weakest point and go from there. Everything in the list is pretty durable, but I'm worried about the low model count. The other weakness I immediately see are flyers

Its pretty strong aside from AA like you already said. Other than that just be weary of how you use your bikes. It may be worth dropping the melta bombs and MM for some scouts to sit in your backfield since you dont really have any backfield scoring units and having to zoom bikes all the way back to your objectives isn't always feasible.

devi squad for some missile fire might be helpful or preditor with auto+sponson las, i like as heavy support....
