I'm new to the fluff.

Do they always wear the power armor?

I read here they spit acid? Why?

Is their flatulence noxious?

What other stuff do they have that makes them super human, aside from their gene seed.

Everything I say, barring quotes and researched information, is my personal opinion. Not fact.

They don't. During their downtime, they can and do remove their power armor. Usually in favor of togas, robes, aprons, or something else loose, large, and fitting the image of their chapter. Some Chaos Marines can't remove their armor because the power of Chaos has fused them into it.

I read here they spit acid? Why?

All Space Marines have several extra organs including one called the Betcher's Gland, which makes their saliva acidic. Technically it was designed to aid in survival, so they'd be able to eat and break down things a normal human couldn't, but in a pinch it can be used to hock corrosive lugies. As a side note, every chapter has distinct mutations, glands that are hyper-active, mutated, dormant, or that have failed. The Betcher's Gland seems to be the most common gland to be dormant/failed in Space Marine chapters, at least that I've seen from the fluff. Based on this, some older players still refer to models that are not in base-to-base but still engaged in close combat as "only getting spitties."

Is their flatulence noxious?

No. Why would it be? In actuality, the Space Marines eliminate very little waste, gaseous, solid, or otherwise.

What other stuff do they have that makes them super human, aside from their gene seed.

Check out both the links above as well as the various SM codexes for some more detailed answers.

The Betcher's Glands are also useful for escaping, like chewing through handcuffs or even, given enough tine, metal prison bars!
The Betcher's Glands seems to be dormant on almost all Ultra Marines/Imperial Fists and their successor chapters, and since the vast majority of chapters draw their gene seed from those two chapters, most loyalist chapters does not have a functioning organ of The Betcher's Gland.
Other chapters, like The Red Scorpions, have mutated so their spit are peticularly corrosive.

I know the Imperial Fists don't have them (they don't want them either, if they get captured they will escape butt naked and covered in blood rather than resorting to tricks). But I thought the Ultramarines did have them, after all they have the perfect geneseed.

Talking of this gland brings me up a picture of reptile from mortal kombat
