Still going between choices on races and what kind of army I want to go for, this one has a bit of speed to it as well as some decent dakka. Working from memory as dex is at home but this is at the 2k ballpark I believe.

If your going for the Seer council its not going to work with this, you need H&R from the baron, and the trophies from venoms for the re roll psychic tests.
If you don't have/want DE allies the swap the warlocks for shining spears (which are half the cost) take H&R on exarch and target anything without a 2+ armour.

Jetseer Council does work without H&R.
Just not as effective.
Their mobility allows you to avoid tarpit units and they can still chill around buffing your army and poking MC's with their sticks.
The biggest weapon of the Seer Council is the insane survability by 3+ armor, 4+ Inv and constant cover save with psychic buffs. Losing Hit&Run doesn't take that away if you play smartly.
The list looks pretty good!
Are you planning on giving the WRJ a Warlock? They might use one.

Yeah most likely will allocate one to the jetbikes to keep them going strong. The council will mainly hunt av and MCs with lower saves. A lot depends on what powers I roll but I think they will do alright as is

I would drop the Vypers for some Warp Spiders. They are more or less equal against troops, and better against AV.

Warp spiders do have hit and run, and they would be just as dead as vypers. Also warp spiders are harder to catch
|

Thing that swayed me to vypers over spiders was the fact that they have A) better range and B) don't need to risk a deep strike to do some damage

When I was saying his seer council has no H&R you said spiders do, and would also be just as dead as vypers.
I took this as ninja saying for the farseers and warlocks joining the spiders.
