So the situation is some guy is moving past your adhl guy and so you aro shoot him. Assuming its a hit and a PH fail, where does the moving model stop? I would imagine in most cases that its at the end of whatever the active player declared as his move.

The problem here though is that if he was moving from cover to cover and got hit in between on the open ground, shouldn't he stop there rather than behind the cover he was moving to. Effect of this being that now he's stuck out in the open, if the active player wants to do anything about it (e.g fix with an engineer), it would be done in the open so more aros could potentially be gained. Which makes sense to me otherwise the active model is just immobilised in cover possibly out of los as well.

But then the difficulty I see is where would he stop in the open ground, and who would decide it? This is why I'm thinking its likely that the declared move is just finished. Anyone able to clarify?

Cheers

Now that I think about it would this be the same for knocking a model unconscious if there are doctors around who could heal it?

As for the ADHL question, I am unsure if there is a specific place they have addressed that.

When I model is knocked unconscious during ARO, he is placed unconscious at the END of his movement.

That being said, without a contradictory ruling, I would assume that ADHL would work the same way.

From http://infinitythegame.wikispot.org/Orders

'Be aware that whatever happens, the Order will be fulfilled completely, meaning the figure will finish his Movement after traveling the inches initially declared, even if he ends up Unconscious or Dead.'

There's nothing in the ADHL rules to override that.

OK thanks, was leaning towards that answer. I guess its just one of those things that may not may sense when you try to equate it to real life, but for the sake of making a rule with a definite answer is necessary.

The ADHL glue isn't superglue.

One can assume it takes a little time to set completely and stick them - so it can also be assumed that they have ample time to move to where they intended to get to before it hardens.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Haha well maybe Pano use PVA but I can assure you that nomads pack adhesives from the descendants of Gorilla Glue themselves

The Shasvastii adhesive launcher isn't even a weapon. It's just a bad case of phlegm!

Actually it's more like what a fly does where it vomits on the prey to start the digestion process before they EAT THEM.
