First off I'd like to say I'm not worried about about being SUPER competitive. I'm really hot for playing a huge possessed lord in a swarm of possessed (troops, woot!).

Elites - 6 Chosen, Draznict's Ravagers w/ 4 Plasma Guns (178pts)

HQ - Herald of Nurgle w/ Locus of Fecun (70pts)

Troops - 20 Plaguebearers, Plagueridden (185pts)


Formation: Helcult

- Helbrute w/ Multi- Melta, Power Fist w/ Heavy Flamer (115pts)

I haven't actually played this list yet, but I'm thinking preferred enemy plasmas on the chosen seem cool. Fearless from Helcult makes cultists less blah, and offer cover save for the brute! Deep strike the Plagebearer blob and give em 22 FNP wounds to deal with, glance the heck out of tanks.

Prophet of the voices And a palanquin? Thats such a delicious idea. He's still Very vulnerable to S10 tho which is why id prefer the black legion eternal warrior version.
Theres nothing in this list weak. The only concern is 10 possessed isn't exactly a swarm, and is the only fast unit. I would want to squeeze in more possessed, nurgle spawn or flesh hounds.
More fearless cultists might be better point value that plague bearers.

The deepstriking blob sounds cool, but in practise is going to bw hard to place anywhere useful without huge mishap risk. Remember bearers can't run, so if they're out of position they take forever to get back in.

Well, you can take possessed in units of 20 so.... I would drop the chosen and the helbrute, because in the end its 4 expensive plasma guns and a dreadnought, for a swarm of 20 possessed and a meat grinder lord and multi assault kill stuff.
