So I am wanting to run a list, of 3 landraiders with DW. I have a question.

With the standard of devastation, I know it would give the LR's hurricane bolters salvo, now my question is if I move does it shoot 2 shots with 12" distance. Or can it shoot at full salvo 4 with 24", I am asking this because I know there are some rules that let you shoot salvo as if you didn't move.

All vehicles have Relentless, as per BRB page 71 "Moving and Shooting with Vehicles".

Thanks for the reply, that is what I thought.

They'd be a bit useless without it, almost all weapons found on vehicles are Heavy or Ordnance.

Ther Taurox prime even has a Salvo weapon as standard kit.

Since the H-bolters are fired as 3 TL bolt guns, would it become 3 TL salvo 2/4 shots or would or does the whole gun become a single 2/4 salvo shot?

It would become 3 twin-linked Salvo2/4 guns that fire as a single weapon.
