Bush? No, Eldar Ranger

Ok, so I'm the top player at my LGS right now with a 6-0 streak (only been open a few months) and they're preparing for the Grand Opening with a fun tournament for everyone. With a lot of people knowing who I am ahead of time, courtesy of the Store Owner telling literally everyone about me, I'm expecting a lot of attention. So, I need to get off on the right foot with everyone both cheesy WAAC players and friendly players, hence two lists.

List One (1500)
Spoiler:

HQ - 205
Khaine - 205
Fast Shot

Troops - 465
1. Dire Avengers - 160
x10 Avengers
Exarch
Shimmershield
2. Dire Avengers - 305
x10 Avengers
Exarch
Shimmershield
Wave Serpent
Scatterlaser
Holofield
S. Cannon
3. Rangers - 60

Fast Attack
1. Crimson Hunter - 180
Two Bright Lances
Exarch
2. Swooping Hawks - 121
x6 Hawks
Exarch
Sunrifle

Heavy Support
1. Fire Prism - 140
Holofield

So currently this is only 1171 points, but i have no more DA or guardians.
This is meant to be a FRIENDLY list, so I'm trying to keep the queso to a minimum.
Concept is to wrap Khaine in DA and sprint them up left side, while Tanks get in behind a distracted opponent and shred them from the flanks. I'm considering a Farseer (Eldrad?) to join the blob for added effectiveness.

List Two
Spoiler:

HQ - 115
Farseer - 115
Jetbike

Troops
1. Dire Avengers - 223
x6 Dire Avengers
Wave Serpent
Scatterlaser
Holofield
S. Cannon
2. Dire Avengers - 223
x6 Dire Avengers
Wave Serpent
Scatterlaser
Holofield
S. Cannon
3. Dire Avengers - 210
x5 Dire Avengers
Wave Serpent
Scatterlaser
Holofield
S. Cannon
4. Windrider Squadron - 122
6 Bikes
2 S. Cannons

Fast Attack - 301
1. Crimson Hunter - 180
Two Bright Lances
Exarch
2. Swooping Hawks - 121
x6 Hawks
Exarch
Sunrifle

Heavy Support - 300
1. Fire Prism - 150
HoloField
Ghostwalk Matrix
2. Fire Prism - 150
HoloField
Ghostwalk Matrix
This is my 'Competitive' list. I'm already having to borrow a Wave Serpent to run this, so no more than 3. Comes out to 1499. I know this can fight SM/Knights(which I also know will be there) but how'll it stand to other hyper competitve lists? Any suggestions on improvement?

In list 2, I'd consider dropping the 6x DA squads down to 5x, then drop both GWMs and maybe 1HF on the FPs in order to pick up a jetlock who would join the windriders. Should be enough left to give both the lock and sheet a SS.

If you don't want to go too hard, you could always combine the lists. Split one of the avenger squads in list 1 into 2 5 man teams, adding another serpent. Then add a prism+mantleseer and drop the rangers.

If you want to really go hard, you can drop the matricies from list 2 and the 2 extra avengers to take a mantle on your farseer and a singing spear.
