So, after looking around I saw there was not nearly the amount of indepth list analysis around, at least as dedicated articles as there were for waves 1 and 2.

This thread is to put up strong lists from Wave 3 onwards. They do not need to include Wave 3 ships, just have to be written in the current environment in terms of the choice taking into account the current options.
