So, my first try at the new EPIC style.

So the Idea is to get every ship to have Focus+Target Lock for every shot, and a way to drop stress easily. The GR75 and the 2 B wing hang back and blast away with the HLC, the GR75 using coordinate to let Ten Numb Target Lock and Marksman, and then Spend an Energy to Comms Booster the Dagger for a free focus. The X wings and Han rush out to dogfight. And I know that I will be HEAVILY outnumbered. I'm working on a Imperial list and at less than 200, I've already doubled the number of ships.

Which is why you need assault missiles in every epic list.

Tie or other swarms are only deadly because each ship usually takes more than one ship's worth of shooting to kill it in one turn, assault missiles softens up those swarms so you can down 1 ship for every one of yours in a turn.

I dont play rebels often, but man, i would love to play that and even against it. Post if you win an epic battle with it.

Got to go to my first small EPIC tounament...4 players. 2 Empire and 2 Rebel, and of course, my list was nothing like what I first put together.

The 2 GR75 did a lot more damage than I thought that they would. It took 3 turns, but I ended up killing Soontir Fel without shooting at him once. The Dutyfree jams stress onto 2 ships, then the Quantum Storm passes out at least 2 damage to stressed ships. And since one of the ships that the Dutyfree jams gets 2 stress, they are still going to have a stress on the next turn. That plus the Ion Cannons forcing 1 white moves most of the time the Quantum Storm was passing out 3-4 damage a turn, with the Assault Missiles to break up swarm formations (totally correct, a must have vs. any EPIC imperial list) and the B/X wings for clean up. It was pretty brutal.
