I need a decent list for a 1000 point game i am having soon against an Astra Militarum player. The list I have now is:
HQ:
1 Farseer - Singing Spear and The Spirit Stone of Anath'lan - 120 Points
1 Spiritseer - 70 Points
Troops:
10 man Guardian Squad with Bright Lance - 110 Points
10 man Guardian Squad with Bright Lance - 110 Points
5 Wraithguard with Wraithcannons - 160 Points
2 Wave Serpents with Scatter Lasers, Shuriken Cannons and Holo-Fields - 290 Points
Heavy Support:
1 Fire Prism with Holo-Fields - 140 Points
Total: 1000 Points
The Wraithguard are in the Wave Serpent

Not really anything to change. You could combine the 2 man guardian squads into 1 20 man blob, using the empty serpent as a serpent. If your using Iyanden, swap the stone to the spiritseer so you can cast voice+other power

I would actually drop the second serpent for another prism, and drop the SC from the serpent that is left, with these points left over you should be able to take the guardian helm, so your spiritseer cannot be challenged out, its fluffy but situation at best.
