Dark Angels Neophyte Undergoing Surgeries

Hi guys! I am Axillaryrain. I am new to 40k. I have been playing about 1-2 a month since December (when i got the dark vengeance set.) I play Dark angels. I won my first game (beginners luck) but haven't been doing so good lately. I decided to join this forum to get help with the game. Not just the list but also the tactics.
My army is still very modest.
I have about 25 Marines, 20 Termies, 5 DW Knights, 5 RWBK, 6 Bikers + Atk Bike + Typhoon LS, Sammael and a Custom Belial I made, a Morrtis Dread, and a Vindicator.
