Forgot my exact point count but its somewhere around 1845ish.
The thought process is the grand master joins the termies and makes a decently strong unit for holding, pressing, or even potential deep strike. Then the Xenos inquis can join the plasma scions and keep them in line and provide needed divination (this squad would obv not bee a deep strike option). Then the 2 melta squads are free to deep strike or ride in the valks. The command squad will hold the quad gun along with coteaz and the commissar. This gives a good BS on the quad gun and the S4/AP3 salvo weapons in case of nearby deepstrike etc. The psybacks will simply sit behind the line and hold back objectives. Not as convinced the valks can fill AA duties themselves, so that is why still brought the quad over the array, but the lascannons and heavy bolters should allow them to do some damage to flyers. Could always swap the missile pods for the one shot missiles, but the chance to miss and the lack of pie plates for hordes make me want to keep the MRPs.
Basic strategy is to sit behind the line holding my stuff while using the mobility and options of deploying the scions to wreak havoc in opponents back line. Not heavily concerned with a foot horde or MEQ, though a heavy vehicle list concerns me since most of my AT are deep striking suicide squads.
