Of all the space marine tactics which is best for razorspam? Running them with tanks in heavy and possible jump in fast attack.

I'm also curious what is the best loadout?

Black Templars.

Las/Plas Crusader Squads with Las/Plas or TL LC Razorbacks.

Ravenguard or Khan White Scars so you can scout or outflank them.

A lascannons, plasmaguns, and assault cannons are much more threatening when shooting at rear armour.

and

AV11 Plas/Las, HF, and Assault Cannons are way more likely to get to shoot when you can start the game within their range or outflank to have a shot at getting in range.

The next best are Black Templars due to the cheap crusader squads (ie cheapest way to take them) and Iron Hands as IWND is not bad on AV11 vehicles if you leave them 36"+ away from the enemy in some cover.

Blood Angels with Assault Marines in Razor in still better then vanilla marines with razorspam. If your looking for strictly razorspam, Gk henchman do it even better.

Anecdotal of course but i've had great success with assault cannon RBs. They are great against everything, flyers and FMCs included, and as long as there is threat saturation fufill their medium tank function quite well. Just dont take one or two with no other vehicles and expect them to survive long.

Doesn't Khan only allow bikes to scout?

Khan does give scout to dedicated transports, but white scars don't offer much for foot army, and he has to be your warlord.

I was thinking scouting and outflanking assault cannon razors would be best.

Raven guard seems to offer the most for foot razorspam.

Definitely Iron Hands, since you're limiting yourself to Chapter Tactics armies. Having lots and lots of light armor normally is kind of terrible, but being able to recover hull points on your Predators makes them far more effective at soaking damage as they block for your Razorbacks.

The best is definitely Inquisition or GK. You can get 12 point henchmen squads with a razorback for a 92 point razor with fortitude psychic power. Also the option for psybolts for S7 assault cannons. If 92 is too expensive, the S6 HB razors are 62.

If you want marines, BA get fast razors for 155. Or you can get Iron Hands razors for 145 points.

That is a rending s7, so on a 6 you are either going to glance or pen av14. Psyassault cannons are evil.

Raven Guard, White Scars and Iron Hands all mentioned are good.

But how about extending it to Blood Angels? Fast tanks at a reduced price from assault squads are very effective...
